Healing and Prevention From Cancer

I have found my healing journey thus far to be both profound and inspiring. It’s true that health challenges can be a long and winding road, but my approach - embracing a holistic perspective and committing to personal growth - has been incredibly valuable to me.

Finding the right tools and building a strong support network are crucial. The process often involves not just physical healing, but emotional and spiritual growth as well. My emphasis is on listening to my body, seeking out trustworthy professionals, and always being open to learning and evolving.

Food plays a significant role, but it's still just one aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Integrating mindful practices, spiritual growth, and a positive mindset can transform health challenges into opportunities for deeper self-discovery and lasting change. These are practices I’m committed to every single day.

My path into making health a lifestyle is especially encouraging and I hope it will be for you, too. It’s about creating sustainable habits that support overall well-being, rather than chasing quick fixes. As I continue to grow stronger and more energized, I hope my story can inspire others to approach their own health journeys with patience, openness, and a commitment to lifelong well-being.

Gratitude and community have and always will be a large part of my life. It’s a reminder that while individual health is deeply personal, the connections we build in the world play crucial roles in our overall well-being. Sharing my story and the wisdom I’ve gained does not only honor my own journey, but also provides hope and guidance for those who might be navigating their own health challenges.

Below are resources and natural protocols that have helped and inspired me and can make a real difference. I’m channeling my own journey into a force for good in the lives of others.

Anti-Cancer Diet

Modifying your diet to a healthy protocol is essential when you are looking to heal.

The water we drink and the food we eat either serve to build up our health or tear it down. Focus on improving the nutrition we put in our body. A healthy diet is paramount!

1- eliminate all processed sugar - including fruit juices

2- eliminate processed meat, and reduce red meat consumption

3- eat wild fish, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids

4- go primarily plant-based - include meat or fish only one meal a day

5- ½ cup of beans/legumes as a protein for one of your meals instead of meat or fish

6- 1 to 2 cups of fruit a day - berries and/or granny smith apples (green)

7- 5 to 8 servings of vegetables per day - vegetable juices count

8- 3 to 4 cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc)

9- try to include colorful foods (your plate should aspire to the rainbow)

10- add 2 to 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to your diet per day

Simple Meal Plan Example
Natural Cancer Protocol: Inspired by Dr. Stephen Cabral

Breakfast
- 1-2 cups of organic or wild berries, 16 oz water, protein plant-based protein powder
- If hungry ½ to 1 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and nuts on top

Plant-Based Lunch
-
Big salad with 1-2 cups of cooked cruciferous vegetables added on top or side
- Ideas: cooked chickpeas, beans, shredded carrots, purple potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil or ½ avocado for healthy fat

Dinner
-
4-8 oz wild salmon with lemon and extra virgin olive oil on top
- Spices are cook’s choice
- 1 cup asparagus, 1 cup arugula, 1 cup purple potatoes or japanese yams

Water
-
Filtered water
- ½ your body weight in ounces of water per day (example: 140 lbs = 70 oz in water =
  8 to 9 cups)
- Smoothies and herbal tea count toward daily hydration total

Diet Notes
-
Eat to live, don’t live to eat
- Adjustments might be necessary depending on your body type
- Portions might be adjusted based on your metabolism
- The goal is to flood your body with antioxidants every day
- No snacking so that blood sugar returns to baseline between meals
- Ideally, a walk is great after each meal for 20 minutes to regulate blood sugar levels
- Eat during daylight hours (7am - 7pm)
- Eat enough protein, carbs, fiber, and fat at each meal to be satiated until your next meal
- Stop eating 3-4 hours before going to bed
- Make dinner easy to digest
- Do not skip breakfast and make dinner earlier in the evening
- Aim to FAST for at least 12-16 hours after dinner throughout the night to recycle and                 renew the body - known as autophagy (cleaning your body’s cells)

You’ve got this!
Much Love,
Genia
