Energy Ojas Bliss Balls
“It is health that is the real wealth, not pieces of gold and silver” - Mahatma Gandhi
As an aspiring Ayurveda-based cook, I am always looking to add spice and spirit to my dishes through ancient wisdom, health, and of course, deliciousness. Ojas (Sanskrit) means vitality and energy - these bliss balls will increase your ojas because they feed you with energy, immunity, and a feeling of love in each bite.
Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga - together they form a holistic approach to a more energized life through diet, herbs, postures, breathwork, and meditation. Ayurveda provides the medical foundation, while Yoga provides our physical practices. Both Ayurveda and Yoga build our strength, energy, and happiness.
The ingredients in these Ojas Bliss Balls contain nourishment for your body and mind. They are nutritious and calming, and at the same time energetic. How nice is it to have energy in a calm state! The combination of cinnamon and cardamom helps with digestion. Eat and enjoy these boosting homemade Ojas Balls. They make a great gift too!

Genia’s Spoon Me Tips
When the ingredients are all blended, dampen your hands and roll into small bite-size balls. I love rolling the balls in hemp seeds or coconut shreds. Feel free to use chopped almonds or walnuts if your crowd can eat nuts - it will add protein to your energy balls.
Enjoy the Ojas Bliss Balls with a cup of tea during the day for a lovely treat. Ojas balls are a great morning pick me up when you’re in a rush and off to work.
Much love and vitality,
Genia
