Genia’s High Vibrational Granola
“High Vibrational” – what exactly does that mean? Everything you see, feel, and do is the result of energy that vibrates at certain frequencies. All the things around you – your body, your cell phone, your furniture – carry certain energies due to the trillions of particles clustered together that form your reality.
The food you eat can affect your vibrational state as well. The closer our food is to nature or sunlight, the higher the frequency. Organic fruits and vegetables, therefore, are higher vibrational, whereas factory and processed foods are much lower. Eating higher vibrational foods will make you feel lighter and healthier, and is good for the gut, which in turn positively affects your brain and mental well-being. So, we should aim for dishes that are both delicious and nutritious for the best vibrational experience.
A healthy gut equals a healthy brain – there is growing research on the connection between the gut and the brain, and how it affects our mood. What you eat affects your mood, happiness, and mental clarity. According to Sahara Rose Ketabi, author of Ayurveda, “When your digestion is working well you can experience confidence, joy, patience, logic, mental clarity and vigor for life.”

Recipe:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup dried fruit
1 cup pepitas (a.k.a. pumpkin seeds)
1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp refined salt - Himalayan or Celtic
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil - melted
4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips or shredded chocolate - optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix well
Add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Spread the granola on the baking sheet using a spatula - about ½-inch thick and pat down to hold the granola together
Bake for 20 minutes, then rotate the baking sheet for another 20 minutes - golden and firm to the touch will indicate it’s ready to come out of the oven
Cool the granola than add the chocolate on the granola baking sheet and mix altogether. The chocolate can be added when the granola is still warm but as it melts into the granola allow it all to cool and congeal before breaking it apart into chocolate granola chunks
Genia’s Spoon Me Tips:
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational emotions, so speak to your food – give thanks before you eat. I always say a blessing before I have any food or drink to feel grateful, since a happy gut equals a happy mind and vice versa.
Masaru Emoto showcases the power of gratitude in his book The Hidden Messages In Water. He found that water molecules exposed to positive emotions and intentions developed beautiful structures, whereas water that was exposed to negative emotions of hate, disgust, or evil was molecularly disfigured. Emoto even conducted a study showing how water crystals could change their vibrational and molecular state after one hour of prayer. Pretty cool, eh?
You can add the chocolate on top right when the granola comes out of the oven and mix throughout, or allow it to cool first. My family loves the chocolate melted into the granola – it’s always a hit. It can be served with yogurt, ice cream, or as is. Dangerously OMilicious!
Store the granola in the fridge for 2-3 weeks or the freezer for 5-6 weeks, but it will be eaten faster than you can imagine.
High Vibrational Love,
Genia
