Spicy and Juicy Baked Chicken Breasts

I have a few winner recipes for my chicken dishes but when it comes to cooking lean chicken breasts I always try hard not to dry out the chicken especially when the chicken breasts are thin. I grill, griddle or kebab but now I’m sharing my successful new recipe baked to perfection in minutes. This dish got 10 thumbs up in my home. Kudos to these awesome spices! Puts a smile on my face when everyone loves what I serve!

2 lbs chicken breasts - 4-6 chicken breasts (you can pound on the chicken to flatten the pieces with a mallet or rolling pin and you can also use a whole chicken as well which I’ve done and it was super successful)
2 tbsp oil to smear all over each piece
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

-place parchment paper in a deep oven pan
-place each chicken piece in pan leaving room between each piece
-smear oil all over each piece of chicken
-in a bowl combine all the spices
-rub the spices all over each piece of chicken
-place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending how thick the pieces are
-cut through the thickest piece to make sure the chicken is cooked through

Enjoy this juicy and tasty chicken! Every bite is finger lick’en good!
