Tea with Genia - in the most humblest and grateful way I share my tea with you. It’s one of my signatures as those who know me - know my love for tea and look forward to drinking my concoctions. Let’s hear it from those that drink with me! ️

Balancing Dosha Tea

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon 2 sticks

  • Cardamom 20 - crush the seeds

  • Whole Black Pepper corn 20

  • Whole Cloves 15

  • Ginger Slices 8

  • Pot of boiling water

  • Tea Bags optional

  • Black, Tulsi, Mint

  • Water 8-10 cups

Process

  • bring water to a boil

  • add all the spices

  • add tea -optional

  • slow boil for 30 minutes cover

  • strain in another bowl or pot

  • ladle tea into tea cups

  • I add tea to my mason jars and/or recycled bottles for later use as cold tea or I warm up in a pot

  • you can add sweetener and dairy free milk or creamer for a delicious Yogi 🧘‍♀️ healing and balancing tea.
