Tea with Genia - in the most humblest and grateful way I share my tea with you. It’s one of my signatures as those who know me - know my love for tea and look forward to drinking my concoctions. Let’s hear it from those that drink with me! ️
Balancing Dosha Tea
Ingredients
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Cardamom 20 - crush the seeds
Whole Black Pepper corn 20
Whole Cloves 15
Ginger Slices 8
Pot of boiling water
Tea Bags optional
Black, Tulsi, Mint
Water 8-10 cups
Process
bring water to a boil
add all the spices
add tea -optional
slow boil for 30 minutes cover
strain in another bowl or pot
ladle tea into tea cups
I add tea to my mason jars and/or recycled bottles for later use as cold tea or I warm up in a pot
you can add sweetener and dairy free milk or creamer for a delicious Yogi 🧘♀️ healing and balancing tea.
