One Pan Tofu with Broccoli

2 lbs firm tofu
2 tbsp Tamara or liquid amino
2 tbsp avocado 🥑 oil
2 tbsp Arrowroot powder (cornstarch substitute)
2 cups broccoli
2 tsp evoo - olive oil
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper
Sesame seeds
1 avocado - topping

-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
-Slice the tofu into cubes and pat dry with a paper towel or dish towel - pressing gently to remove excess liquid
-Place in a shallow baking dish and add the tamari, avocado oil and arrowroot powder
-Let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and broccoli to the pan
-Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper
-Add the marinated tofu to the baking sheet
-Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping the tofu halfway through
-Remove from the oven and divide onto plates over a bed of rice or pasta
-Garnish with sesame seeds
